Where Oceans Orbit in Silence

This cyanotype series draws its inspiration from the distant, ocean-bearing moons of Neptune and Jupiter — mysterious worlds where liquid water may exist beneath icy shells, holding the potential for life beyond Earth. Using the deep, elemental blue of the cyanotype process, I explore the interplay between shadow and light, presence and absence, evoking both the vastness of cosmic space and the fluid rhythms of the ocean. The circular forms echo both planetary bodies and rippling waves, suggesting the duality of celestial and terrestrial waters.
